After treatment, the window decorative head mold will become more sturdy. The next step is to alloy synthesize the mold, so that it will not be damaged during punching and stamping.

Long punch stamping of products: The molding of a product cannot be separated from the material cutting out, the size of the decorative head material, and then the molding according to the shape of the curtain rod. Sometimes, a product needs to be molded multiple times before the shape and structure of the product can be stamped. However, some one-sided products such as brackets can be produced using fully automatic pneumatic punching machines to accelerate production efficiency and quality. After the punching and stamping products are produced, we also need to inspect the quality and shape of the curtain rod accessories. If there are curtain brackets and curtain tubes, we also need to check their load-bearing effect, which is a very important step.
